
From June 24 to 28, the eyes of the motorsport world will be on the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium, where this year’s CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa will take place – the largest GT race in the world and one of the most prestigious events on the endurance racing calendar.
More than 70 GT cars representing leading manufacturers and teams from around the globe will line up on the grid. Among them will be Motopark, proudly partnered by BOLL. Our logo will appear on the Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo competing in the Silver Cup category.
A motorsport legend
The 24-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps has long been regarded as one of the greatest challenges in GT racing. This iconic Belgian circuit, stretching over seven kilometres, is famous for its high-speed sections, dramatic elevation changes and unpredictable weather conditions that have often played a decisive role in the outcome of the race.
For drivers and teams alike, it is a test not only of speed, but also of endurance, focus and flawless teamwork over a full 24-hour period.
This year’s event also serves as the fourth round of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup and forms part of the prestigious Intercontinental GT Challenge.
Motopark fields a strong line-up
Sharing driving duties in the Motopark Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo will be four drivers who combine GT and endurance racing experience with an excellent understanding of the team.
The line-up consists of:
• Christian Mansell (Australia) – a long-time Motopark driver and currently one of the leading competitors in the International GT Open.
• Levente Révész (Hungary) – a former Euroformula Open driver who enjoyed considerable success with the team before moving into GT racing.
• Rui Andrade (Angola) – an experienced endurance and LMP2 prototype racer.
• Yannick Mettler (Switzerland) – an endurance racing specialist with victories in events including the 24 Hours of Spa, 24H Dubai and 24H Nürburgring.
This blend of speed, experience and expertise in 24-hour racing gives the team a strong foundation to challenge for top positions in its class.
